With production peaking in the facilities they had, combined with a growing love for running the store, Boutique Döggo was born. Melissa's happiness comes from having more direct contact with human and canine customers, as well as being able to share her knowledge!

A lifelong animal lover, Annick joined our team in 2016. She will be able to advise you very well and knows the store like the back of her hand! She has seen the store evolve and has spoiled many a furry friend! A canicross enthusiast, she will be able to share her knowledge with you to guide you in this exciting sport. She is also the mastermind behind the store's super TikTok videos and the special Döggo recipes (tested under Charly's supervision, of course!).

A dog enthusiast! Catherine, dynamic and intense, joined us in 2020. She will assist you in the store to answer all your questions, no matter the subject. An outdoor enthusiast, she will share her tips for successful trips with your canine friend, summer and winter. Ask her to calculate food ratios: she is always happy to answer and do the brain work for you. A jack-of-all-trades, Catherine also takes care of the online store.

Megan's legendary calm and patience during grooming sessions make her the perfect candidate for all dog and cat temperaments. An army veteran, she's seen it all and will take her time to reassure your pet. Her special "doggy voice" instantly puts dogs at ease, and she'll apply her grooming knowledge to advise customers in the shop.

Josée will groom your little canine darling with 200% of her attention. Specialized in small dogs, she will take her time to pamper your pet, talk to them, and reassure them throughout the grooming process. Make sure to have a chuckle with Josée: her laugh is contagious! With over 30 years of experience, she does scissor cuts or clipping and the result will always be magnificent.

Certified by the National Cat Groomers of America, Jeannie loves grooming cats of all breeds, whether for a good bath or a lion or dinosaur cut! Patient and a perfectionist, she also grooms dogs, no matter their size. Her grooming knowledge is vast, and she will advise you on the best cut for your dog. She can also do Asian-style grooming if you like a more whimsical look!
