Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Perishable goods (food, treats, etc.) cannot be returned.
- Sanitary products (clothing, litter boxes, beds, diapers, anything that may touch the dog's or cat's mouth, boots, cages, toys, bowls, waterers, hygiene items).
- Sale or promotional items

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If this is the case, please email us at info@doggoboutique.ca.
If you wish to return a product for a refund or exchange, the request must be made by contacting customer service at info@doggoboutique.ca within a maximum of 5 days after receiving your order.
Shipping costs for the return ($12.95+tax everywhere in Canada) are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the package is received and the refund is accepted, please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your refund. This will be issued to your original payment method.
No item returned without prior contact will be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and with their tags. Any item that has been used or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products are carefully inspected upon receipt and Boutique Doggo reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions mentioned above (broken, worn, washed or stained item), in which case it will be returned to you at your expense.
Shipping
To return your product, we will send you a shipping label to put on the package.
Shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. If you return items that qualified for free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
Terms of Sale
Boutiquedoggo.ca does not guarantee the availability of products offered on our website or in store. If Boutiquedoggo.ca cannot deliver any of the products due to out-of-stock inventory, it will notify the customer as soon as possible of the expected delay and will not be responsible for any damages the customer may have suffered due to out-of-stock inventory.
When you place an order and make a payment, you automatically accept and assume all the terms of use of the www.boutiquedoggo.ca website.
Boutique Doggo reserves the right to cancel an order without notice, to limit the quantities of items ordered, or to refuse to do business with a customer. With a refund on our platform, you will receive your amount within the next 10 days.
