For purchases under $95, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

In-stock dog and cat products are generally shipped the same day or the next day from Monday to Friday (1 to 2 business days).

Delivery by Purolator will be completed within 1 to 2 business days.

You will therefore receive your package within an average of 2 business days.

Leave a note if you wish for the package to be left at a specific location.

Signature upon receipt: Let us know if you do not want a signature to be required for package receipt. However, in this case, it will no longer be guaranteed upon receipt.

Local Delivery: For addresses in the following postal codes: J0J, J2W, J2X, J2Y, J3A, J3B. A minimum order of $60 is required. A $5 fee will be charged.
