Boréal Proper Chicken Meal recipe is made with chicken meal, as well as low glycemic peas and beans. Large breed dog formulas have moderate protein content and contain glucosamine, omega-6 supplements, and ProPath® minerals to meet the dietary needs of large breed dogs.

The low glycemic index of steel-cut oats, barley, peas, and white beans make them very interesting ingredients for this formula. In addition, oats and barley are a significant source of vitamins, minerals, essential oils, fiber, and protein.

Boréal uses a single meat protein source in its Proper dog foods to facilitate digestion and reduce the risk of allergies. These formulas are naturally preserved and are free of potatoes, wheat, and corn.
